Registration is required to list your property or secure your Bermuda home. Simply choose the sign-up option at the top of the page and provide your email address and personal password.
To begin your search for your White Roof home, simply start by selecting the "Parish" option, choose the Parish of your choice and you will see a list of all available properties in that area.
To refine your search, indicate your desired parish, number of guests, property type and price range and the ALL properties available will be presented.
Once you have found a property you like, add the dates you want to check in/check out and the number of guests you want to book for. A total price for the booking will then be displayed.
What Furnishing and Amenities can I expect in my home?
A fully furnished private space.
A fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans and cutlery.
A private bathroom (the number of bathrooms will be specified).
A fully furnished bedroom (the number of bedrooms will be specified).
Towels and bed linens.
Additional Amenities will be described in the listing.
How do I send a booking inquiry?
When you find a home you like, simply enter the dates you wish to stay. If the property is available during the dates you require, the full price will be displayed under the arrival and departing dates.
You can then contact the host through our secure messaging system, simply by choosing the "Contact Us" option with any questions or queries you may have.
How do I pay for my home?
Through our secure payment gateway, you pay the full amount at the time of booking and confirmation is instant.
Is the Payment Method secure?
Our Payment gateway is via Authorize Net which is secure and we collect guest payments when the reservation is made and the funds are transferred to the host 24 hours after check-in.
What currency do I pay in?
You can pay in US dollars.
Hosts can change their prices between seasons. However, prices cannot change once a booking has been confirmed.
White Roof B&B charges a 4% service fee every time a reservation is made. The booking fees are calculated from the reservation subtotal, which is the price of a reservation that has been set (before service fees have been added) in the listing's pricing settings. The service fee will be located on the final checkout page before submitting a reservation request.
We recommend that you confirm with your bank or the credit card company. Some establishments do add charges for an international transaction. White Roof B&B does not have control over these charges.

How do I list my home on your site?
Simply go to the Home page. In the top right hand corner click "List your Space" and add your details
You will be guided through each step to enable you to upload information to have your property listed.
Do I require photos?
Yes, the more high quality photographs you have, the more bookings you are likely to secure.
Before taking the photos, de-clutter your rooms and remove any personal items from view. Switch as many lights on as possible and open all shutters/blinds to let natural light in.
What type of homes do you accept on your website?
We welcome all homes and apartments. Do note however, that the larger homes which can accommodate 6 or more must obtain a guest house license.

What do I pay to have my home listed?
We offer three listing options:
Option 1: List your own accommodation with no up-front cost. We charge a fee of 8% per booking. Only pay when bookings are received. Fully self-managed.
Option 2: Leave it to the Professionals. We charge a fee of 15% per booking. Listing, creation and bookings managed by your rental White Roof Advisor.
Option 3: Self-managed. Annual fee $450. Flat fee per property.
Time frame - payout?
White Roof B&B releases your payout approximately 24 hours after your guest arrives through Direct Deposit; up to 2 Business days. As banking systems don't process transactions on weekends or holidays. Be aware that a payout released between Friday and Sunday will not be processed until Monday therefore your payout might not be reflected in your account until Wednesday. It's also possible for a processor to experience technical issues or other extenuating circumstances that could cause your payout to take longer than usual to arrive.
